Spiritual Life Coaching Session Options
One Session: For those who prefer to pay one session at a time, the cost for one-hour is $95 for individuals and $110 for relationships. 90-minute sessions are $140 for individuals and $165 for relationships. 4-Session Packages: Clients who commit in advance to four 60-minute sessions receive a discounted rate of $360 for individuals and $420 for relationships. Four 90-minute sessions at $540 for individuals and $640 for relationships. |

Your “self-talk”, limiting beliefs, mental stress, capacity for happiness, troubling thought patterns, such as self-hatred or critical thinking. Emotions Feelings. Feelings that you carry from your past, about yourself and others, what you suppress and express, how you express your emotions, lack of emotion, and your ability to enjoy a fulfilling life. Body Your physical self. Basic nutrition and exercise. Identifying physical issues such as stress, strain, and discomfort in your body. Finding the correlation between dis-eases and probable causes. Self-care. Energy The buildup, containment, and expression of your life force energy. In my one-on-one work I observe, activate, and clear the energy channels in the body. This in turn increases the level of life force energy flowing through the body. Spirit The essence of self. Sacred practices that transcend the moment. One Session: For those who prefer to pay one session at a time, the cost for one-hour is $95 for individuals and $110 for relationships. 90-minute sessions are $140 for individuals and $165 for relationships. Payment is expected at the conclusion of each individual session or during the first session of a package purchase. Payment can be made by check or cash. You may also pay in advance with a credit card via PayPal. For telephone and Skype sessions, payment is required through PayPal, or by check or money order prior to the scheduled appointment. When payment is sent, you will receive an email booking request from Michelle within 48 hours.

How Sessions Work I offer sessions in-person if you live in San Antonio, Texas or the surrounding areas. I also conduct sessions via FaceTime and Skype for clients out of the area and in international countries, which are highly effective. Sessions may be scheduled for once a week, or less or more frequently depending on your schedule, my availability, and your unique needs for mentoring, energy healing work, and intuitive guidance. |
