About Michelle Mullady

I lived with a guarded heart. I desperately avoided my true feelings and the issues I'd acquired throughout my childhood in a dysfunctional/alcoholic environment where I suffered various types of abuse as a "normal" lifestyle. On a cold winter's day in 1995, I was moved from deep within to schedule yet another appointment with, what turned out to be, an incredible healer/counselor. I felt called to begin exploring more closely why I felt so isolated, alone, terrified, emotionally drained, unhappy and depressed from one day to the next. I soon observed that my struggle with codependency was destroying my health and relationships. This moment in time sparked a desire in me to stop holding back and start participating in my well-being. I jumped into a self-care pilgrimage and haven’t looked back. Several decades later, my life continues to be more connected and magical than I ever could have imagined possible in those beginning years of my healing process. My wake-up call inspired me to learn to love myself! It has taught me how to listen to my brilliant and wise intuitive internal guide. It brought me back to my center and allowed me to reconnect with my spiritual self which set my heart ablaze. But, I didn't love myself overnight. It took some serious dedication to change on my part. I had to become willing to show up, one day at a time, for my inner journey and begin to have an improved relationship with myself. As I grew to love all of who I am, my world started budding in beautiful and mysterious ways. My heart has softened and opened wide to receiving and giving love and I now see through very different eyes. I have embraced the acute sensitivity I have for the emotions of others. Since childhood, I had many clairvoyant, clairaudient, and clairsentient spiritual experiences. I can actually sense the pain of others and ease it in some way. My pledge to follow this calling has expanded, and in the process, Divine Love makes itself known by focusing my life. I believe this ever-present source and supply is the miracle of universal unconditional love that is available to us all. What I experienced transformed my life! During these many years, I have been mastering my ability to recognize and accept this gift. Cultivating love and compassion for myself has made it possible. This adventure has been filled with astonishing mentors, teachers, books, courses, and workshops. I have grown to notice that I have a powerful inner drive towards anything that leads me closer to understanding personal transformation, Divine truth, my soul's purpose, and how to help others heal, grow, and thrive on the path of self-love. My healing work in the world continues to bring me phenomenal delight. To assist you in mending your wounds and expanding your conscious awareness, I created The E.N.J.O.Y. My knowledge is based on my own real life story of codependency recovery, experiences of spiritual rebirth, and deep shifts over the past thirty years. I am able to help you because I have done "the work” myself, and continue to do so every day. I have received professional and advanced training in a variety of techniques over the past three decades that allow me to customize your sessions to best meet your needs.
My private healing practice, Intuitive Living, grew by word of mouth in San Antonio, Texas, and now includes workshops and events, energy therapy, angel messenger sessions, and Spiritual Life Coaching for in-person and remote clients worldwide. The monthly meditation gathering, Touching the Light Within at the San Antonio Japanese Tea Garden, is a delightfully popular sacred circle to gather together like-minded people who desire to create supportive and positive experiences that nurture each individual's soul.
